Guests must let owner know approximate time of their arrival in advance

Only the amount of people booked in allowed on the property.

No loud music, no parties. Respect must be paid at all times to the other guests and neighbours. The use of external loudspeakers for loud music strictly forbidden.

Please respect water shortage rules, short showers etc

Smoking strictly outside where ashtrays are provided. Smoking strictly forbidden inside the apartments.

No pets allowed

Deposit payment of 50% required to secure the booking, the 50 % balance is due before one month before arrival

Cancellation fees: 50% refund of deposit if cancellation made before 30 days before arrival. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival forfeits entire amount

For security purposes please do not leave anything in your car and please make sure the doors on the property are locked and shut properly at all times.

Guests must provide their own wood and charcoal for the indoor fire and outside barbeque/braai
​

All breakages to be paid to owner before departure
